Shipping and delivery
Every AZYRUN piece is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
Production: usually 2-10 business days after you place your order, depending on the item.
Shipping within the US: about 3-7 business days after production. Most US orders arrive about 5-12 business days after ordering.
International: about 2-4 weeks after production. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected at checkout or on delivery.
Free shipping on orders over $75, applied automatically at checkout.
You will get a confirmation email right after you order and a tracking email when it ships.
Ordering for Halloween? Order early. Made-to-order items need production time before they ship, and busy holiday periods can be slower. For the best chance of arriving before Halloween in the US, order by October 14.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or style changes. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If your item arrives with a print error or visible quality problem, send us photos within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Need to change your order? Use the link in your confirmation email to edit your order before it goes into production.
